Eternal Beauty & Wellness Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Eternal Beauty & Wellness Membership Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Commitment
Membership requires a minimum commitment of six (6) consecutive months.
Members agree to remain enrolled for the full initial 6-month term beginning on the date of sign-up.

Enrollment Fee
A non-refundable enrollment fee of $100 is due at the time of registration.

Monthly Membership Fee
Membership dues are $100 per month.
Monthly payments will be automatically charged using the payment method provided on file unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Billing Authorization
By enrolling, members authorize Eternal Beauty & Wellness to charge the payment method on file for all membership fees and applicable charges.
Failed or declined payments must be resolved within 7 days to maintain active membership benefits.

Cancellation Policy
After the initial 6-month commitment period, membership may be canceled at any time with a minimum 30-day written notice.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or signed form.
Membership benefits remain active through the final paid billing period.

Early Cancellation
Memberships canceled before completion of the required 6-month term may be subject to payment of the remaining balance owed for the commitment period.

Non-Transferable
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.

Refund Policy
Membership fees, enrollment fees, services rendered, and unused benefits are non-refundable.

Appointment Policy
Members are expected to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or

rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in fees or forfeited member benefits.

Changes to Membership
Eternal Beauty & Wellness reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, policies, or terms with prior written notice to members.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Membership
Eternal Beauty & Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to inappropriate behavior, policy violations, fraudulent activity, or repeated missed payments.

Liability
Members acknowledge that individual results from beauty and wellness services may vary.
Eternal Beauty & Wellness is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions, allergies, medications, or other relevant health information.

Agreement
By signing up for the membership program, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
